Can I change or cancel my order?


Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Your order may be returned upon receipt for a full refund.


What forms of payment do you accept?


Our accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and local payment methods like iDEAL, Klarna Pay Later and Sofort.


When will my order be processed?


All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time to process your order on public holidays and during the sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take before I receive my order?


Depending on the country 5-10 working days


What if I don't receive my order?


If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Customs duties and taxes for deliveries in the EU


We are pleased to also be able to offer our products to customers within the EU. In contrast to deliveries to countries outside the EU, there are usually no additional duties and taxes for deliveries within the EU.


However, we encourage our customers to be aware of any local taxes and fees that may be determined by their local customs authority. These fees and charges may apply to some items and are not included in our prices. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and can be made directly to the local customs authority.

What if the item(s) I received is defective/wrong/damaged?


Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any accompanying notes. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I get my refund?


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you want to know when your account will be credited. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to post to your account.
